Central Supplies Ace Hardware, is seeking a Full time Sales Associate. This is a highly visible, rewarding position offering many opportunities and challenges. Some knowledge of home repair and building material is helpful, but we are happy to train the right person

As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and growing sales with a proactive effort (from within the store, via phone, e-mail, job-site visits, etc.). Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Store sales – assisting walking in customers
• Helping pick out or research products
• Helping the customer with the special order processes
• Helping load or unload material as needed
• Helping unload and verifying vendor deliveries as needed
• Answering phones, filing, scanning, ordering, and assisting bookkeeping, managing reports as needed
• Assisting at other branch locations
• Attending occasional online or remote training
• Providing product knowledge and advice; building relationships based on value, etc'
